As a Production Technician III, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in evolving our Supply Chain, reimagining how we do things and creating a collective legacy. You will be operating upstream / downstream / central services processing equipment according to established SOPs. Accountabilities
Your responsibilities will include operation of processing equipment according to established SOPs, MPRs, & SPRs in accordance with cGMPs. You will be expected to demonstrate advanced equipment/process knowledge to diagnose issues and participate in first-line troubleshooting and root cause analysis. You will also be responsible for maintaining qualifications in Production Technician duties, executing work orders within the system, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills/Experience:

0-1 years experience with Bachelors, >1year with Associates, >2 years with High School Diploma

Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others on assigned tasks

Ability to follow cGMP standards

Possess computer skills

Prior experience with aseptic/cGMP standards

Prior experience in Bioprocessing work environment/systems/equipment/operations
Desirable Skills/Experience:• BS/BA degree preferred
• Degree in STEM field
The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $56,072 - $84,108. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
