Wellstar General Surgery is seeking an advanced practice provider, either a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, to join our established general surgery practice in Marietta, GA. The group is comprised of 4 general surgeons and 1 physician assistant. This new provider will work primarily with our general and endocrine surgeon but must be flexible to work with the rest of the group as well. Duties will include inpatient consults, rounding, assisting in the OR, post-op clinic and clinic with physicians and other duties as assigned. The practice is located near the Wellstar Kennestone campus, and the providers practice at Wellstar Kennestone as well as an ASC. Most likely no call or weekends at this time.

Ideal candidates will have surgical experience, be self-motivated, a team player, ready and willing to learn.
