IDR is seeking a Work Day Integration Leads to join one of our top clients in a fully remote, contract position. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in managing integration workloads, cross-functional impacts, and system releases. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Work Day Integration Leads:
 

  • Manage workload for the Integrations team across break-fix and enhancement requests

  • Ensure critical issues are addressed in a timely manner

  • Identify and assess cross-functional impacts from configuration or integration changes

  • Assist with bi-annual WD and Adaptive releases, including impact assessment and developing regression testing plans

  • Serve as a technical resource to balance team capacity

  • Manage performance, morale, and team-related issues

  • Coordinate work between onshore and offshore teams

  • Educate clients on WD Integration capabilities and release management

This is a 6-month contract position.

Required Skills for WD Integration Leads:
 

  • Experience managing integration workloads and cross-functional impacts

  • Familiarity with Workday Integrations and Adaptive Planning

  • Proven team leadership skills

  • Ability to manage onshore and offshore teams

  • Excellent client education skills
