Job Summary:
Provide Administrative support for Warehouse and Supply Chain
Key responsibilities and percentage of time spent on each:
Key Responsibilities
Percentage
Creates Daily Exceptions reports from previous day for NC and 3PL and communicates that out

Generate Daily Shortage report and communicate out

Creates Daily Shipping Schedules and communicates with shipping supervisors and Shipping leads

Coordinates expedited shipments and employee orders with customer service and shipping office

Update all Metrics Daily/Monthly
2%
Schedule all Scrap RM loads and complete paperwork

Accumulate documents and file previous days receiving and shipping documents

Coordinate ABC storage pickup for Bill of Lading storage

Maintain Fuel supply for Yard truck

Order and Maintain office and Shipping supplies for warehouse

Participate in Quarterly and Annual Inventories. Gate Keeper for LPN's and Paperwork.

Maintain Chep Pallet Inventory
2%
Schedule Waste pickups for Trash, Metal and Wood.

Order Water for the site and arrange pickup and delivery

Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications/Professional Experiences Years of Experience/Education/Certifications:
- 2 to 3 years of related work experience in a warehouse/supply chain environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including demonstrable excellent Excel
Preferred Qualifications/Professional Experiences/Years of Experience:
- Strong customer service and professional skills with an ability to communicate well with all levels of staff, supervisors, leaderships, and associates
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
