About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Operations to oversee multiple quick-serve restaurant locations in Honolulu, HI. This executive leader will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring profitability, and fostering team engagement across all sites. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The position includes a comprehensive 4-month on-site training program at one of our mainland locations (California or Texas) before transitioning to full-time leadership in Honolulu.
Key Responsibilities:
•Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across all restaurant locations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards.
•Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profit margins, and achieve organizational goals.
•Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor general managers and restaurant staff to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
•Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
•Quality Assurance: Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service.
•Compliance: Guarantee compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
•Growth & Innovation: Identify market opportunities, implement operational innovations, and lead expansion efforts.
Qualifications:
•Experience: Minimum 10 years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years overseeing multiple quick-serve restaurant locations.
•Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of improving operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial goals.
•Leadership: Strong ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams across multiple locations.
•Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•Adaptability: Willingness to participate in a 4-month training program in California or Texas before relocating to Honolulu.
•Location Commitment: Must reside in Honolulu, HI (full relocation provided).
