Our client, in the Concord, NH area, has an immediate opening for a VP of Finance.

Role: VP of Finance (Direct Hire)

Location: Concord, NH Area (On-Site)

Pay: $125,000-$135,000

Premise:

The VP of Finance will provide key financial assistance to the CFO and other senior leaders.

Key Duties:

* Prepare and manage annual capital budget

* Manage and oversee year-end audit

* Produce and review monthly financial reports (IE: Statement of Cash Flow)

* Oversee key financial reporting to IRS in addition to cash flow and payroll reporting

* Manage cash flow projections on a weekly basis

* Responsible for oversite of payroll processing

* Perform internal audit procedures

* Assist with development of policies and procedures for the Finance and Administration departments and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

* Master's degree in accounting or related field

* Higher education or Non-Profit experience required

* CPA or CMA required (desired but not required)
