Contract Paralegal Opportunity - Trial Assistance

Are you a skilled Paralegal/Legal Secretary with expertise in trial support and looking for additional work during the holidays or seeking a potential long term role? Join a dynamic team in Carlsbad to assist with trial preparation and execution! The opprtunity is flexible and can be a temporary or potential long term hire role dpending on preference.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in litigation, including Federal and State court procedures.
• Trial Skills: Hands-on trial experience (beyond trial prep).
• Tech Expertise: Proficient in Relativity, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Trial Director, and Lexis CaseNotebook.
• Discovery Mastery: Skilled in discovery planning, document review, and subpoena preparation.
• Certification: ABA-approved paralegal certificate or attorney declaration under BPC 6450.
• Soft Skills: Strong organization, decision-making, and communication abilities.
