SUMMARY

As a Treasury Analyst at Rochester Regional Health, you will play a vital role in managing the financial assets of our healthcare organization. You will work closely with the Treasury team and other departments to ensure the efficient management of cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk. LOCATION: Hybrid - Riedman Campus

DEPARTMENT: Treasury - Finance

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday days

ATTRIBUTES

• Associate's degree Required: Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills; using systematic methods to perform work and creativity to recommend or create new procedures along with documentation of process.
• High level of computer and software competency; proficient with database administration and infrastructure. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiating banking services and fees, maintaining bank accounts, and coordinating bank transactions.
• Assist in managing the organization's investment portfolio, including monitoring investment performance and monthly accounting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to cash management, investment activities, and treasury operations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies related to treasury operations, financial reporting, and investment management.
• Continuously evaluate and improve treasury processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives related to treasury, finance, and corporate development as needed.
• Responsible for facilitating effective communication across various channels within the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between different teams, departments and partners, ensuring that messages are conveyed accurately, consistently, and in alignment with company values and objectives.
• Manage inquiries received from front end and back end staff to research payments received and troubleshoot errors in posting, while providing respectful customer service.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $60,500.00 - $72,500.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
