Your new company has been around since 2007 and is a design build firm based on the north side of Austin. They have an inhouse architecture firm and are the developer/Builder with work in El Paso, securing a large Ground Up manufacturing facility.

Your new role will need you to live in El Paso on a perdiem and, ideally, you then come back to Texas, Austin, as the work is generally in that location.

What you'll need to succeed is Ground Up experience leading over 20 million projects.

What you'll get in return is a base salary, company credit card, truck allowance, Perdiem, 100% medical, 401K + PTO.
