Our client is seeking a Tier II Service Desk Analyst in Minneapolis, MN.

Role Description

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary role will be first call resolution, but if an issue cannot resolved; then the service desk analyst will use SharePoint Online to create a ticket. The creation of a ticket it is very simple process that pulls the information from Active Directory.On Average; they'll get 30 calls per day but typically over 70% of these calls will be resolved. The other 30% may require a little more investigation.If someone calls in and sits in queue, the service Desk is a national team (there are 2-lines) so the user will get support from another location.This role is 50% desk-side support and 50% troubleshooting issues via phone/email/chat

Skills & Requirements

What are the top Three-Five Skills:
1) 3+ years + Service Desk experience providing face to face user support, mainly to executive staff members since this location is the headquarters. Please note, these individuals must have face to face user support and not just remote support. The user base at HQ is a more sophisticated group to deal with, so it will take a certain person to work in this setting. They should be able to provide white glove service and should possess a very strong technical acumen. 2) Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy 3) Knowledge of automated patching tools, imaging, configuring and deploying PC-based hardware/software for leverage of our systems, customers and audit
