Job Description:

As a Technology Business Services Consultant, you will:

• Consult on complex initiatives with significant impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services.
• Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements.
• Contribute to resolving complex situations by leveraging a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to achieve project goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting Business Services, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
• Expertise as a Technical Writer, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in writing Controls Documentation, Playbooks/Runbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Test Strategy Documents, etc.
