Required Skills:

3+ years of experience creating technical documentation about process, procedures, manuals, libraries and user guides as a technical writer.

Experience with documenting technology departments and interactions to creating SOPs and best practices.

Experience with reporting platforms and specifically PowerBI

Excellent communication including interacting and documenting from technical teams.

Experience with Microsoft Word and SharePoint

Bachelor's degree

Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project: Our client is looking to offload some documentation work to a technical writer that is highly skilled in documenting Microsoft environments. Specifically, this resource will be creating guides, manuals and procedures with PowerBI. They will be handling the documentation of 60 Power BI reports. This person will be working directly with data analytics team members to understand SOPs for reporting measures and metrics. They will be ultimately creating instructions, procedures and technical narratives about this department. The engagement is only for 3-6 months but could go longer or convert for the right person.
