What we need:

Mohawk is looking for a Technical Services Coordinator who can ensure effective and efficient coordination between the Company and its customers with a high level of service and support. This role is responsible for establishing and maintain positive business relationships both internally and externally to promote company goals.

What you'll do:

• Take calls from customers and Account Executives on product specifications, warranties, installation, preparation, regulatory requirements, etc.
• Compose and maintain internal and external correspondence and other documents to include topical Technical Data Sheets.
• Partner with salesforce to solve problems and secure projects.
• Seek out assistance from other departments including Product Management, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Control to better support our salesforce and customers.
• Support the Claims team when product technical expertise is needed.
• Interface daily with both internal and external customers.
• Handle technical inquiries, provide guidance, and develop alternate solutions to problems presented
• Take overflow calls from Consumer Affairs.
• Actively participate in group activities and collaborates with team.
• Performs other duties as needed.

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 0-2 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

What you're good at:

• Applies conceptual knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
