Systems Operations Engineer
Location: Addison, TX
Job Description: As a Systems Operations Engineer, you'll be responsible for handling complex technical issues and initiatives related to large-scale applications, systems, databases, and other technical products and services. Your role involves identifying opportunities for process improvements within technical support strategies and plans. You'll review and analyze technical queries, extract data, create standard databases, and perform limited programming to fine-tune systems that support low to medium risk technical deliverables. Additionally, you'll present recommendations for resolving complex technical queries, exercise independent judgment to analyze performance trends, and recommend process improvements. As an internal consultant, you'll guide colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders on the use of tools and processes within the supported system area.
