Systems Modeling & Simulation Engineer

Grand Prairie, TX

Contract Position

$67.40- $72.40 / Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical planning, system integration, verification, validation, and cost-risk analyses for total systems solutions.
• Analyze all system levels, from concept to disposal, including design, fabrication, testing, and maintenance.
• Convert customer and product requirements into logical, efficient system solutions, addressing technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Perform functional and timeline analysis, trade studies, and requirements allocation to translate customer needs into hardware and software specifications.
• Focus on modeling and simulation of missile systems to ensure optimal performance and integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; or Master's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience with C++ programming related to modeling and simulation.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and C++ programming.
• Desired experience with Python, MATLAB, Bash scripting, and familiarity with Guidance, Navigation, and Controls disciplines.
• Candidates with no more than 15 years of experience preferred.
