Title: Student Resource Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assessing students' non-academic needs and coordinating and developing holistic supports and services to meet those needs. Tracks and assesses student needs across all campuses, and partners with community organizations and the college foundation to provide supports.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides student case management for services and referrals to both campus-based and community services, including mental health needs, health services, housing assistance, food insecurity and childcare for the College's entire service region and campuses. Advises student support coordinator and student success advisors in creating and implementing student success plans. Identifies and develops partnerships with community agencies to build a structured system of coordinated supports for students. Develops and presents student support workshops and presentations. Provides information and workshops at student events.
Serves on the College's Behavioral Intervention Team and assists with crisis planning and student intervention as needed. Upon request, provides information and recommendations to the Title IX Coordinator/Deputy Title IX Coordinator regarding available student resources/supports and assists Title IX officers with connecting students to resources/supports as needed. Utilizes student records systems to track students and student support service usage and success. Prepares reports and presents data regarding program usage and assessment to internal and external audiences. Oversees student support services budget and supervises the student resource coordinator. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field.
Experience working with a wide range of student or client population delivering direct support services.
One year of relevant work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic or Spanish
Prior work experience in higher education
Possess LCSW licensure
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to manage a caseload. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage competing tasks and priorities while maintaining complete and accurate records. Ability to collect, analyze, interpret and present data. Proficient Microsoft Office and database management skills. Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels across the organization. Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Rate of Pay: $52,578.00 - $65,722.00 annually depending upon experience
