Nature & Purpose of Position:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate/co-plan and implement Noyce Scholarship Program activities, such as STEM Camp and high school/junior high tutoring
• Assist in the coordination and organization of project-related meetings, workshops, and seminars.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities, including meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence.
• Support the preparation and dissemination of project materials, including flyers, brochures, and online content.
• Help manage project-related social media accounts and website updates.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and answering emails and phone calls.
