Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Status Coordinator - Vehicle Supply Chain in our Mount Laurel, NJ office to manage the visibility and communication between manufacturers, upfit vendors, internal and external clients regarding status of vehicles and equipment from order through final delivery
Essential Functions?
- Researches the status of vehicles with manufacturers and/or upfitters via work bucket, OEM/Vendor websites, and reporting tools to ensure targeted dates are on track to be met.
- Communicates all delays that will affect the successful delivery of a vehicle based on normal order to delivery timelines to Holman internal stakeholders (Client Relations, Vehicle Supply Chain).
- Manages listings of delayed vehicles via Business Objects reporting and communicates their status to Holman internal stakeholders on a weekly basis.
- Upload data and maintain validity in Holman status system by adding relevant, clear, and concise notes that create a complete end-to-end picture with information gathered and stored so that users around the business can access and understand the history of the notes.
- Ownership of all status updates communicated to other areas of the company, to ensure the end client has been made aware of the information.

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing to clients/outside vendors, as well as other internal business partners.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and handle multiple priorities to their conclusion in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a high level of enthusiasm and energy, consistently demonstrating appropriate urgency in fast-paced situations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, pay close attention to detail, excellent organizational and follow up skills are required.
- Critical thinking skills are required.
- Must be a self-starter and a problem-solver by nature
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Holman Vehicle Supply Chain and systems is a plus
- Must be able to work in a team environment and handle independent projects.
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.
