Our client is seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager, Marketing Transformation & Operations to lead project management, presentation development, and operational tasks within their Marketing Transformation team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of key performance indicators (KPIs) for our client's marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex project planning across the lifecycle of transformational projects
- Develop team presentations (e.g., Town Halls, performance scorecards) and track progress of key initiatives
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure successful project delivery
- Provide strategic insights and business acumen to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Mentor and develop project managers and team members, promoting professional growth and development
The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and strategic insights, enabling them to support and drive strategic thinking across the organization. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex projects, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in project management or similar business administrative roles
- Experience facilitating conversations and presentations at leadership levels
- Industry experience in Fashion, Beauty, Retail, Wellness, eCommerce, or similar fields
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and newly formed workflow environments, especially within matrixed organizations
This role is open to hybrid work arrangements at our client's location, but remote candidates will also be considered.
