We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, FP&A Operations, to join our dynamic finance team. This role is crucial in driving the financial planning and analysis activities within the organization, with a dual focus on business partnering and project management. As a Senior Manager, FP&A Operations, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing critical financial insights and recommendations that drive business performance and support decision-making processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
In addition to your business partnering responsibilities, you will lead and manage finance-related projects, from developing financial models and business cases to monitoring project budgets and tracking progress. Your role will involve identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with projects, ensuring their successful and timely completion.
You will also play a key role in continuously evaluating and enhancing FP&A processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. By implementing best practices and leveraging technology, you will streamline financial operations and drive initiatives to enhance data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and financial transparency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.
- Support decision-making processes by delivering accurate and timely financial analysis and reports.
- Lead financial reviews and present findings to senior management.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, to senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage finance-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses.
- Monitor project budgets, track progress, and report on financial outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance FP&A processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline financial operations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and financial transparency.
QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles
- Business partnership experience with Manufacturing and Supply Chain
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of leading and managing projects to successful completion.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools.
- Advanced knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
