We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing & Communications team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in New York. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We'll count on you to:

  • Manage Guy Carpenter's social channels (LinkedIn and Twitter/X) by developing strategies, creating content, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance.
  • Expand digital marketing offerings through complex design and content writing tasks.
  • Plan and execute external-facing digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media plans.
  • Utilize advanced SEO tools to evaluate web pages, conduct site audits, and perform competitive analysis for actionable insights.
  • Contribute to disciplined scorecards and KPIs to measure program effectiveness, service levels, quality, and transaction costs.
  • Develop and edit copy for marketing materials, including mailings, ads, surveys, and website landing pages.
  • Act as a marketing liaison for the company's CRM and marketing automation initiatives.

What you need to have:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications.
  • 5 -7 years of work experience in digital marketing/communications for a Professional Services firm.
  • Experience managing business social sites (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.); expertise in Pardot, MPower/Dynamics, MS SharePoint; experience with Khoros, EveryoneSocial, Cvent and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Proficiency in HTML editing.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $58,900 to $117,800.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
