Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Sr Capability Manager to join their team. This remote role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in healthcare, particularly those with experience in claim management and knowledge of claim adjudication platforms.
As a Sr Capability Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving strategic initiatives across the organization. Your primary focus will be on enhancing and optimizing organizational capabilities across various departments and functions. You will ensure that the organization has the necessary skills, resources, and processes in place to achieve its goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive delivery for benefit capabilities across the enterprise, focusing on specific lines of business (Medicare, DSNP, Medicaid, E&I, and IFP)
- Collaborate with a broader team of business and operational leaders, architects, and engineers on re-imagining the end-to-end benefit ecosystem
- Identify and evaluate non-traditional and innovative approaches to benefits capability delivery
- Manage and prioritize a backlog and roadmap of high impact work, articulating the business impacts of each initiative
- Directly manage one or more strategic programs, aligning individual roadmaps to the strategic vision
This role is integral to our client's team, supporting the Benefit Hub, a central digital source for all benefit information. The successful candidate will be an active part of a team that supports critical projects like Retail Like, Project Bolt, Consumer Digital, provider and member experience, and configuration automation priorities.
Please note that candidates must complete a background check and drug screen upon offer. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the healthcare industry, particularly those with experience at UnitedHealthcare, United Health Group, Optum, or OptumRx.
