RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is seeking a talented Software and Data Sales Manager for one of our local clients in Warrendale, PA who wants to significantly increase software sales by maintaining and developing relationships with clients and customers.Overview:The Software and Data Sales Manager will sell the company's leading-edge software while building client relationships. This role will provide guidance for both internal and external customers using the company's software and hardware platforms. This role will require demonstration of the software, troubleshooting and personal engagement skills.Duties Include:
  • Software and Data Sales Manager will motivate workforce to adapt to ever-changing demands
  • Demonstrated ability to respond appropriately to requests for information
  • Recognize and identify problems with administrative tasks and groups/departmental processes
  • Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work
  • Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function
  • As a Software and Data Sales Manager, you will perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
  • Develop techniques and methods to maximize productivity, minimize costs while assuring all commitments of personnel and equipment are met in quality manner sometimes with very short notice


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated ability to recommend potential solutions for implementation
  • This position will thrive in an environment that requires strong presentation skills and independent self-direction, coupled with relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Requires experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment where needs and requirements can change rapidly


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
