About Us:

We are a dynamic team dedicated to empowering life sciences startups with robust financial management solutions. As a Senior Staff Accountant, you'll play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of innovative companies making strides in the life sciences field.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple life sciences startup clients.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Maintain general ledgers, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.
• Toggle seamlessly between QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop to manage client accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or AA Degree, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing accounting for multiple life sciences startup companies.
• Proficiency in both QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and experience preparing financial statements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $34 -$37 per hr.
