Who You'll Work With
We are looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a project-based role capable of being supported remotely. You will need to be able to work Arizona timezone hours.
What You'll Do
- Run accounting reports and analyze MTD costs
- Research PO/invoice discrepancies
- Ensure all invoices are received, contact vendors
- Submit purchase requests and purchase order change requests
- Submit resource cards based on feedback from work stream leads
- Work with resources on proper charging
- Create and maintain AP log
- Manage project costs and contingency planning
- Provide financial status reports and clarification to leadership
- Work with Accounting to conduct clean-up/maintenance of project expenses to ensure we are properly depreciating assets
- Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Perform ad-hoc financial review, analysis, tasks, and recommendations as requested by management and/or self-initiated
- Build and manage project detail in ServiceNow spending areas at the line-item level
- Monthly Submissions
- Project cost accruals
- Reclasses/JVs
- Capital and Operating variance reports, forecasts, financial risks, opportunities, and project change orders
What You'll Bring Basic requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant financial/accounting experience
- Experience estimating financial values and processing large amounts of data
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task as well as self-manage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible with ambiguity and assignments

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $45/hr to $55/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
