RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Juno Beach, FL.Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Automations Senior Project Manager to manage projects under the HR Automations Program as part of the HR Strategic Initiatives team. This pivotal role involves coordinating all activities to ensure HR automations are thoughtfully conceived, thoroughly vetted for technical feasibility, expertly designed to maximize business value, and delivered on schedule and within budget. The successful candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders and the HR IT team.Key Responsibilities:- Senior Project Manager will lead and manage the HR Automations Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and the HR IT team to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation to support automation initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend the appropriate technical solutions for identified automation opportunities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Facilitate clear and concise communication between HR, IT, and other relevant stakeholders
- As a Senior Project Manager, you will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure all automation projects comply with company policies and regulatory requirements by gaining approval from appropriate stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on HR and IT integration
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to quickly learn technical language
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Experience with monday.com project management software is a plus
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, UI Path or other similar automation platforms is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
