RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator in Grand Rapids, MI.The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following:- Provides help with release planning
- Schedule workshops
- Keeps end user and support documentation up to date
- Prepare status report and presentations
- Coordinate organization change management activities; Understand what works and what doesn't for different user personas
- Show intent to improve end user experience
- Create user guides
- Work with Organizational Change Management and project team on communication/end user training
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience
- Must have Organizational Change Management experience
- Experience assisting in information collection and validations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
