Job Summary:
Caterpillar is searching for a Senior Procurement Solutions Professional in Dallas, TX, or Peoria, IL. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Procurement Solutions and be primarily responsible for supporting the execution of designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring procurement capabilities. What You Will Do:
• Develop and enhance the Enterprise Supplier Risk and Response Management (SRRM) process to ensure unified VOB/VOC requirements and drive business adoption.
• Connect the Sense-Analyze-Respond process and regional insights to global risk prioritization.
• Enhance Supplier Performance Index.
• Develop and institutionalize the Supplier Predictive index.
• Drive visibility/insights/efficiency through alignment of technology roadmap
• Ensure governance with the user community to drive a sustainable process for partner success.
• Inspire and align with highly effective regional teams to integrate supplier risk and response management activities across SPPD, procurement, supply chain/operations, transportation and others.
Education Requirement:
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Top Candidates Will Have:

The locations for this position are in Peoria & Mossville, IL.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
This position may require up to 15% travel.
