Walmart Connect is looking for an experienced education professional to lead the sales training and enablement programs for our sales organization.
As a startup within the world's largest retailer, we are quickly developing new ad tech and internal tools and systems. You will help ensure Walmart Connect salespeople, have the skills be successful in their position.
You and your team will develop courses and facilitate training for all salespeople. You will also design and increase sales enablement programs to enhance sellers' revenue performance. You will report to the Director, Learning and Development.
This role is not remote. You would be required to spend the majority of the work week in the Hoboken, NJ office.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales enablement programs
- Lead sales workshops and training sessions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop sales training content for workshops
- Track learning metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI (return on investment) of programs, specific to sales training activities.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with sales leaders and their teams.
- Meet with leaders to gain understanding and feedback on new and existing training programs.
- Conduct ongoing knowledge and skills assessments for sales associates
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 4 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 6 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
- 5+ years of experience in sales training or sales enablement
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in high-tech, eCommerce or Advertising industry
- Proven success as a meeting and program facilitator
- Sales experience (B2B) 3-5 years
- Excellent communication and presenting skills
- Excellent program management skills
- One who values the excitement and challenge to build programs and teams. Collaboration and partnership with partners at all levels.
- Ability to move fast in the every-changing retail work

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
