Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Enablement - Walmart Connect
Overview:
The Walmart Connect Sales Strategy and Enablement Team is seeking a dynamic leader who is well-versed and passionate about digital advertising and e-commerce. In this role, you will be responsible for driving proactive account management, insights, and support for Walmart Connect's Agency, Media, and Channel partners. Collaboration with stakeholders in our Partnership team is essential. This role demands a strong executive presence to cultivate essential stakeholder relationships across Sales, Operations, and leadership teams.
What you'll do:
- Provides data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs, collaborating with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights.
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; identifying performance standards; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
- Develops business strategies by recommending initiatives based on data; implementing processes based on recommended strategies; reassessing strategies to adjust to feedback and meet results
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in business analysis and advises on the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
- Drives processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and compliance by establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements; overseeing training; verifying necessary documentation for reviewing results; managing functioning of key process and controls; and determining appropriate information.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field. MBA or Masters degree preferred.
- At least 6 years of work experience in a role requiring analytical skills, such as business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analyst.
- Ability to partner with core internal technical teams (CRM, Data Warehouse, etc.) to design and implement sales operations solutions that address customer needs.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales processes and mechanisms for sub-optimal performance, with an emphasis on defect reduction and productivity improvement.
- The ability to communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement clearly and effectively.
- Profound experience in sales processes and tools, including Salesforce CRM systems, sales quota and territory assignment, and analytics, to support a world-class Sales Team.
- Proficiency in writing complex and efficient SQL queries to extract data.
- Competence in managing core Sales Operations processes, such as Account Planning, Quota Development, Sales Performance Management, Sales Incentive programs, and data issue resolution.
- The capability to model and simulate improvements to existing business processes, evaluate 'what-if' scenarios, and conduct dry runs to identify and resolve gaps before implementation.
- Aptitude for cross-functional collaboration across various teams, with a strong ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
