Eurofins CEI, Inc. is searching for a Senior Lab Analyst to support our team in Cary, NC

Senior Lab Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Perform sample login as needed

• Examine bulk samples under stereoscope and make visual observations

• Prep samples for PLM examination according to regulations

• Record all optical properties per NVLAP requirements

• Provide asbestos identificastion and quantification

• Perform QC analysis and review reports

• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner

• Performs other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate would possess :

• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate

• Strong computer, scientific, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

• Handle moderate stress

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Biology preferred

6 + years of PLM analysis

• 2 + years of Mold analysis, knowledge of TEM prep and analysis

• Ability to differentiate between colors

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m.- 3 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cary, NC are encouraged to apply.
