Senior FP&A Analyst

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office) metro-Milwaukee

Opportunity

This position will support the business units and corporate groups within Rehlko through process improvement, report standardization & automation, and value add analytics.

Specific Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial reporting and analysis.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data reporting.
• Lead or support projects aimed at improving financial planning and reporting processes.
• Collaborates with finances and business teams to provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis, preferably within the manufacturing industry or related. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP, OneStream, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
• Experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, profitability analysis and/or auditing techniques.
• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting aggressive deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

The salary range for this position is $79,500 - $100,450. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
