RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Corporate Tax Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts (MA). The Senior Tax Analyst reports to the Associate Director of Tax and will support US Domestic tax (Federal & State returns). This will be a hybrid role with the expectation to be on site 2-3 days/week. Highlights of this company include bonus, restricted stock, and rotational career advancement (and company very little turnover).Responsibilities include:- Prepare and/or review federal and state income tax returns
- Prepare and review quarterly ASC 740 calculations
- Calculate and prepare estimated tax payments
- Perform tax research regarding issues and document and present findings
- Maintain knowledge of tax laws
- Develop and maintain relationships within the tax department and finance organization
- Assist with the preparation of special projects and other ad hoc requests
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree in Accounting; CPA a plus
- 2-4 years of US Domestic experience, Federal & State returns (either in public accounting or industry)
- Understanding of ASC 740 guidelines
- Meticulous attention to detail including the ability to perform detailed analytical tasks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
