RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Commerce, CA seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst that will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to support our strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:- Senior Compensation Analyst will develop and implement competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent
- Analyze market data to assess competitiveness of compensation plans
- Oversee the annual merit process, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Administer job evaluation systems and ensure consistent application across the organization
- Lead incentive planning initiatives to drive performance and reward achievement
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop job architecture frameworks
- As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will provide expert advice on compensation-related matters and best practices
- Conduct detailed data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development
- Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Prepare and present comprehensive compensation reports and insights to stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience in HR Compensation
- CCP certification and experience with HRIS systems preferred
- 6 years of advanced professional experience in compensation administration
- Proven experience in project management with a track record of successful project execution
- In-depth knowledge of compensation-related laws and best practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft business applications, compensation software, and HRIS systems
- Exceptional analytical and data management skills for handling large datasets
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Proficient in job evaluation systems and performance management processes
- Healthcare experience highly desirable; Experience with physician compensation is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
