Location: Minneapolis, MN

Expected Duration: 8+ Months
Job Type: Contract, Remote
Pay Range: $65/hr - $75/hr.
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description: One of our top clients, whom is an Industry leader is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Coupa). The Coupa Procurement analyst should have good experience in designing, supporting integrations with S4 and experience in configuring Coupa. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map and implement improvements and support the Coupa Procure to Pay.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
* Lead the Business Process and Solution Architecture design sessions; Create functional specifications for development requirements and support Coupa Procure to pay process.
* Perform initial setup, prototype, configuration, and testing to support the design sessions and to fulfill the customer's business requirements.
* Design and document the required configurations for the Cloud based solutions which will be in Coupa integrations with SAP per the blueprint, including documenting test results, and support the solution.
* Recommend best practices for configuring the Coupa application considering the overall architecture to achieve integration, high performance and stability.
* Work closely with end users to recommend & design best practice for Coupa procurement solution to support defined business processes and business requirements.
* Actively participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions to enable end users to understand Indirect procurement.
* Provide support for applicants applications to include problem identification, reporting, tracking analysis and resolution.
* Provide continuous feedback on project status and offer constructive options to ensure project continues to meet original expectations.
* Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery, as well as networking in professional organizations.
* Provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing.
Basic Qualifications: (required)
* 7+ years of experience in consulting or Analyst role with experience in designing, configuring implementing, and supporting Coupa Procurement tools like Coupa.
* 3+ Full Lifecycle Implementations experience in Coupa procure to pay solutions or Indirect procurement Integration knowledge of Coupa with SAP MM.
* Experienced in creating Business blueprints, functional specs, review of development requests, writing technical specs, testing and coordinating transport of changes for custom programs, enhancements, etc.
* Solid skills in Indirect procurement functionality like configuring Punch out Catalogs, cXML invoicing, approval workflow design and build, Integrations with HR system to update hierarchy for approvals, standalone procurement process in cloud-based applications, WF troubleshooting and understanding of BAPIs in SAP.
* Hands on experience on Coupa Administration and configuring the system, workflow set ups in Coupa.
* Experience building integration between Coupa & SAP procurement modules.
* Extensive participation in Integration Testing, troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
* Familiar with MM, FI & HR functional modules.
