The Senior Admissions Representative is responsible for the recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students to the University of North Dakota. This position carries the normal responsibilities of the Admissions Representative position, in addition to added responsibilities such as: training new Admissions Representatives, strategizing new ideas for recruitment goals, serving as a leader and mentor for the rep team, and troubleshooting areas that create barriers for admission processes. The position delivers the UND recruitment message to his/her territory's high schools and community colleges, working closely with prospective freshman and transfer students, their parents, and high school guidance counselors. Admissions Representatives support the Admissions recruitment mission and the overall mission of the University. The messages conveyed and strategies employed will be consistent with an overall strategic student recruitment plan.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with prospective studentsMaintain a recruitment territory and travel to schools and community colleges within territory
Assist University Admissions Office with processing and other general office duties.
