Role: Senior Administrative Assistant

Location: Fully on site in Martinez, CA

Schedule: 4-10 Schedule. M-Th 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary: $30 - $40/ hour Depending on Experience

Long Term Temporary Assignment

Job Description:

• Manage calendar and scheduling Executive Director
• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Executive Director
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
• Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain various records and documents for Executive Director

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience supporting a C-Level executive
