Summary of Role:
GlobalFoundries seeks an experienced Sr. Sales Account Manager for our US East region. As a part of the Sales team you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business with assigned clients while at the same time providing a high level of operational service to these clients on existing business.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate, and drive overall strategy for assigned accounts
- Work closely with Technical Sales to understand client roadmaps, and to identify and secure engagement opportunities
- Engage in Forecast and Forecast Response process to manage factory loadings and territory revenue
- Meet or exceed Sales Revenue, Design Win Revenue and Tape Out Revenue targets
- Develop business proposals in response to RFI/RFQs, and drive necessary internal alignment and approvals from key stakeholders
- At a direction of the Account lead negotiate formal business agreements
- Participate in operations, engineering and business review meetings
- Conduct weekly customer face to face or tele-conference meetings to resolve tactical issues
- Develop a high level of customer intimacy with client's sourcing and business units
- Process quotes, forecasts and product disposition in a timely manner
- Work closely with FAEs, Customer Service Representatives, and Administration as a team to communicate information and maximize GlobalFoundries customer satisfaction
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College and or University in Engineering, Technology, Business, Accounting, Finance, Management or Related Discipline
- 10 Plus Years of Experience and knowledge of the Semiconductor Industry
- 7 Plus Years of Experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain and or Business Operations
- Travel Requirements: 25%
- Language Fluency: English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working of knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Solid program management experience
- Direct experience dealing with Foundry
- Goal/target oriented
- Strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Expected Salary Range$115,400.00 - $185,400.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
