This academic, leadership position offers a unique opportunity in a renowned academic setting with a rich history in infectious diseases research and impact on public health. The Chief of the Section of Infectious Diseases reports to the Chair of John W. Deming Department of Medicine.
Tulane School of Medicine (SoM) was founded in 1834, in part to respond to Yellow Fever epidemic sweeping the young country. Today, Tulane SoM is seeking accomplished and experienced candidates to consider the role of Chief of the Section of Infectious Diseases in the John W. Deming Department of Medicine. The new leader will build upon Tulane's long-standing history of distinction in Infectious Diseases, leverage its current leadership in research and pandemic preparedness and contribute to an exciting, new future for the Section and our surrounding community.

Track record in leadership, research, and scholarly publications.
