Baer is looking for a SAP Data Analyst for a 12+ month Federal remote project.

Opportunity Description:

Our client is currently working with a major branch of the DoD to continue modernization of their critical Financial and Procurement systems. Specifically, the program is tasked with moving various client operations onto a single instance SAP ERP platform across standard reporting, Budgeting, GL and related feeder systems. This is a multi-year program encompassing large scale teams working on SAP ERP Requirements Definition, Legacy System transition to SAP, Training & Change Management and Sustainment Support. The SAP solution scope includes DoD specific processes aligned with SAP ECC solution components across FI, CO, FM, PS, AM, WFM, MM/IM, WM, SD.

Job Description:

• Support Organizational Readiness by focusing on data-driven readiness assessments, tracking, and reporting to inform decision-making throughout the SAP migration process.
• Collect data from various stakeholders, surveys, and systems to assess the readiness of the organization, focusing on user adoption, process alignment, and training effectiveness.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Qlik or Tableau to provide leadership with clear insights into readiness progress, risk areas, and migration performance.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of proven experience providing strategic or technical expertise leading large, complex SAP engagements for Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies.

• Experience or familiarity with Advana or Jupiter platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of Navy financial processes and reporting is preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Active or Interim Secret clearance.
