RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Manassas, VA that is seeking a SAP Consultant.Responsibilities:- Responsible for the supervision of direct reports. Supervision includes training, career development, and review of transactions, reconciliations, and other analysis
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of month-end closing activity, including journal entry review and financial statement preparation/review
- Maintain financial records and ensure that transactions are properly recorded
- Perform and review Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Responsible for vendor set-ups
- Assist with identifying and resolving gaps in control processes
- Contribute to moderately complex aspects of projects
- Resolves problems and continuously develops efficiencies within company software packages by working interdepartmentally and collaborating with the IT department
- Support Operations team with various reporting
- Compile financial reports and deliver to Operations, and Sr. Management
- Monitor and adjust workflows in AP systems
- Assist with ad hoc projects
- Continually improve processes and help in implementation of new accounting systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter
- Works well within a team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
