Our client is hiring a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Cloud Developer to join a leading global provider of digital services. This role involves designing and developing customizable, fully functional solutions within the Salesforce platform to transform the way work is conducted. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and solving complex software problems, contributing to the company's mission of delivering top-tier digital services across various sectors including government, healthcare, financial services, and more. This position offers the opportunity to work with a team of professionals dedicated to excellence and innovation. The role is full-time and based on-site with the option for remote support depending on project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with project managers to determine CRM needs and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications to enhance business processes and user experience.
• Utilize technical aspects within Salesforce such as Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce capabilities.
• Participate in the full software development cycle, including coding, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure smooth and efficient application performance.
• Write comprehensive documentation and provide technical training for Salesforce staff to support ongoing use and understanding of the applications developed.
• Maintain the security and integrity of application software, adhering to industry best practices.
• Develop enhancements to Salesforce.com and related systems to meet evolving business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, and other Salesforce ecosystem technologies.
• Experience in developing customer-facing interfaces and custom Salesforce solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex software problems.
• Knowledge of database management and software engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with project managers and other team members.
• Ability to manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work on schedule.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development in Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
• Must be eligible to work in the location specified and able to provide the necessary documentation.
