RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) for a client's 6-month contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time role. \Summary:The Analyst will be working on key projects involving Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Mulesoft for integration. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize Salesforce functionality within a sales logistics and eCommerce environment. Salesforce is being re-implemented as a key tool to support sales and commercial operations. The team is currently integrating Salesforce with SAP using Mulesoft to streamline data flows.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes, focusing on Salesforce implementations and enhancements
- Collaborate with eCommerce and logistics teams to gather requirements and ensure successful Salesforce and Mulesoft integration
- Serve as the Salesforce expert, particularly in Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud, to support ongoing projects, including forecasting, data mapping, and process optimization
- Facilitate the migration of a customer portal from a custom in-house application to Salesforce.
- Work closely with the product owner and technical teams to ensure data integrity and proper user access controls, focusing on integrations between Salesforce and SAP via Mulesoft
- Develop and document business processes and data requirements, ensuring they align with project goals
- Support backend technical mapping for Salesforce integrations, with a focus on data flow between SAP and Salesforce
- Optimize business processes using automation tools such as flows, process builders, and approval workflows
- Design and generate reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Work on the blueprinting of Mulesoft integrations with minimal customization
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience leading at least 2 Salesforce projects
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud
- Experience with Mulesoft integrations and data mapping between SAP and Salesforce
- Solid understanding of business processes within a sales and manufacturing context
- Strong documentation skills and experience working with cross-functional teams to gather and implement business requirements
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst)
- Experience with automation tools such as Salesforce Flows, Process Builders, and Approval Workflows
- Experience in creating dashboards and generating reports in Salesforce
- Familiarity with SAP systems, particularly in manufacturing or logistics environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
