Location: Warrendale, PA (Branch Office)

We hire only the best! Vector Security is searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who has a passion for helping others in the workplace. This position provides overall administrative support to the sales department manager and reps.

As a Sales Support Administrator, your role is crucial to the office's daily functions. Excelling in this position would require fast learning, a strong ability to problem solve in different circumstances and a keen tracking of improving current processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Customer service, customer retention, processing of terminations
  • Pleasant phone personality when servicing our customers' needs and resolving problems
  • Answer general billing inquiries and process customer payments
  • Act as backup to front desk when needed
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Perform auditing of accounts.
  • Answer incoming phone inquiries regarding new sales and existing customer accounts
  • Enter customer information/job information into customer database.
  • Provide customers with information and assistance when required.
  • Compile information for department managers as needed.
  • General office duties as assigned (correspondence, filing, data entry, etc.)

What You'll Need

  • 1-3 Years: Customer Service Skills
