JOB SUMMARY: Follows established procedures and guidelines to plan and implement testing of new products. Works as a member of the R&D Team to develop, validate, and launch new products. Follows Munters established procedures, guidelines, and quality standards. Develops knowledge of the organization's current and new products and services.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for assisting in the development of new products.
• Active team member of the R&D Team participating in development, testing, and launching new products or upgrading product lines.
• Plans, perform and evaluate tests and analysis on Munters and competitor's existing and new products.
• Ability to interact with clients, both internal and external, to determine best practice for issues that may arise. Including troubleshooting, technical and operational support as required.
• Designs and overviews manufacturing of test set-up and data gathering.
• Provide support and guidance building laboratory models of new products.
• Assists in establishing testing routines, instructions, reporting templates, etc. needed for product development.
• Supports R&D Manager in all aspects of R&D projects with interface to production development.
• Visit end user sites to evaluate product performance and assist in corrective actions at job sites within the contiguous US.
• Work with outside testing labs.
• Reports progress to the R&D manager on a regular basis and occasionally to other R&D Team members.
• Cooperates with other departments on an 'as needed' basis.
• Provides general project support for research and development activities.
• Helps in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of R&D procedures.
• Occasional travel required (5-10%)
