Apply now for a Project Manager role to support our Design & Construction Services (DCS) team providing onsite presence at an academic medical campus ensuring operational excellence in customer satisfaction with our innovative imaging products and services.
Your role:
- You lead the creation and execution of DCS services, including space planning, project proposals, and construction program management, in alignment with client requests and capital budget planning.
- You leverage your expertise in DCS across various modalities and complex construction projects to ensure successful project outcomes.
- You proactively anticipate client needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations for Siemens Healthineers imaging products and services.
- You build and nurture strong relationships with clients, account managers, engineers, and both internal/external stakeholders.
- You review construction scopes and contracts, ensuring client expectations are met while driving process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- You consistently meet KPIs set by both Siemens Healthineers and client requested deliverables.
Your expertise:
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
- Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred
- Understanding of the Design-Build Construction process, particularly in the Medical Imaging Equipment sector
- Experience in Healthcare Design-Build Construction, including proposals, contracts, and financial management
- Comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles, construction law, risk assessments, local codes, permitting, project budgeting, and bidding processes
- Residency in the Charleston, SC area is required
