Location: New Orleans, LA

Summary

This position serves as a member of Schwartz Family Center for Experiential Business Learning. The Program Manager provides comprehensive administrative support to the faculty Director, Project Manager for Experiential Learning, the Assistant Dean of Corporate Relations, and other faculty members engaged in experiential learning projects and other members as assigned. Projects may include scheduling and coordinating events, communications, and inputting and organizing data to support programs and initiatives using various software and technology platforms (i.e., Microsoft Office applications, Handshake, Qualtrics, Concur, and SARS). The overall goal of the Program Manager is to facilitate and ensure smooth daily operations of the Center's strategic initiatives and programming.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree plus two years of directly related work experience.OR* High School Diploma or equivalent plus eight years of directly related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with Tulane University software including Banner, Canvas, Concur, and other applications.* Experience with planning university events for students and faculty and managing guest travel.* Experience with advanced administrative skills.* Experience with managing budgets and generating expense reports.
