RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Coordinator in Redmond, WA.Responsibilities:- Program Coordinator will oversee the time recording and resource demands made by project/program teams, ensuring that it is recorded in an accurate and meaningful way
- Provide full range of project and resourcing support on selected projects and program
- Coordinate and maintain Management Information (MI) which is timely, accurate and communicated effectively
- Ensure projects and program operate within the defined Project Governance controls and meet the required recording standards
- Provide resource planning and management support to projects and programs
- Planning as required in support of project and program governance (e.g. Project plans, risk and issues logs, etc.)
- As a Program Coordinator, you will help develop and maintain resource model estimates and tracking/forecasting resource movements and spend
- Coordinate, and where appropriate lead various forums/boards/meetings in support of project/program managers
- Trains and supports colleagues on process and tools usage
REQUIREMENTS:
- Educated to degree level or holds equivalent professional experience
- 8-10 years of experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience with data analysis
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Power BI
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Excel
- Experience with MS Office programs and project management tools
- Previous knowledge and experience of project management methodologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
