Responsible for difficult and diversified assembly of a variety of standard and custom products where methods and procedures are prescribed.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly and a strong attention to detail. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble parts.
  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize assembly processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a mechanical assembler or similar role.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
