Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $125,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Production manager in the Chicago, IL area! They will oversee the execution of production & logistics plans.
**Candidates must have prior experience in an ice cream manufacturing facility **
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production and logistics operations to ensure efficient execution
- Develop and implement plans to ensure compliance with FDA guidelines, GMPs, and HACCP/SQF programs
- Direct and guide operators to achieve production standards
- Resolve operational issues and mitigate negative performance
- Support lean training and regulatory complains initiatives
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as a manager
- Previous ice cream manufacturing experience is a MUST
- Understanding of GMP principles
- Effective communication and time management skills
